The second support request is most likely because they're using IE8, which doesn't support the CSS - we'll probably have to throw a work-around in for that, because I know Microsoft won't let XP users upgrade past IE8, even if it's beyond what we generally officially support.

My feelings on core1 are... known, but officially core1 is unsupported, and has been for a while now.
